This study was aimed to investigate unmarried single women’s awareness of Sanhujori, Korean traditional porprtum care. They will be the potential subject of marriage, pregnant, delivery and Sanhujori in the near future. Research design was descriptive survey study. The participants were 179 unmarried single women. As a result, unmarried single women recognized that Sanhujori is protecting body from harmful strain with husband at the Sanhujori Center for about three to four weeks and begins right after childbirth. They were aware of the necessity of Sanhujori, but did not know appropriate and detail method.
