BIM-based modular housing Study on the strategies and deriving techniques

Recently, construction industry has a difficult time because of economic recession. For this reason, subjects of construction industry has concentrated on securing their competitiveness in technology. By increasing the precast structure, modular housing is issued by shortening time, and improving productivity. In addition, introductions of BIM technology have expected that by changing the process of the domestic construction industry throughout the construction and maintenance phase of business innovation.
