A Study on The Editorial Composition of Architectural Magazine in 1980s of Korea

In Korea, there were huge socio-economic changes in 1980s. Therefore, Korean architecture magazines needed to improve their quality in order to keep up with architecture’s quantitative expansion. This promoted a professional architecture magazine to not only serve as an informational document that introduces architects and projects, but also as a ‘professional review’ that forms a place of discourse. Existing journals such as???Space???, ???Ggumim???, and ???Architectural Culture??? switched their editorial style and partially launched a critique section.
