The studies and the statistical analysis were performed about anti-nucleus antigens (ANA) and anti-nucleus antigens antibodies (ENA) against autoimmune systemic suspicion of connective tissue diseases. A retrospective immunological blood test study was performed on 113 adult patients who were treated at the Department of Rheumatology and Clinic of Rheumatology at Kaunas University Hospital from 2017 December till 2018 February. Results obtained and conclusions formulated: there were 17 women who ANF NIF were identified during the study the DFS glow type, DFS70 antibodies found in 12 women. DFS70 antibodies were also found in 7 women and 2 men who did not have a DFS glow type during the ANA NIF study
