Celiac disease is a systemic immune-mediated disorder caused by the ingestion of gluten-containing grains in genetically susceptible persons. Diagnosis is typically made by a combination of spcific symptoms, blood antibody (anti-tTG, anti-DGP, EMA) tests, intestinal biopsies and HLA-DQ2/DQ8 specific genetic testing. The ame of study is to analyze the clinical and genetic markers of patients suspected of celiac disease and to identify their interrelations. The statistical analysis of the received data will be performed, comparison of data with the data found in the scientific literature
