The QLQ-C30 developed for use in patients with cancer in English-speaking culture. In this study, further validation was carried out for 289 heterogeneous group of cancer of patients. It was completed before, on and after therapy. The factor structure was similar to that previously reported. Inter-domain correlation were stronger for the fatigue , physical and pain scales before and after treatment. The responsiveness of the QLQ-C30 in the presence of metastatic, as compared with loco-regional, disease showed changes in the expected directions. The results of this study provide new information on a cross-culture validation and heterogeneous groups of patients
