The influence of effective degree of soil saturation on the upper flowline shape and the water losses quantity

V magistrskem delu bomo prikazali osnovne zakonitosti metode končnih elementov (v nadaljevanju MKE) in primer reševanja stacionarnega precejanja vode po MKE z več vozliščnimi izoparametričnimi končnimi elementi pri analizi precejanja vode skozi nasute pregrade. Glavni cilj magistrskega dela predstavlja opredelitev vplivov efektivne stopnje zasičenosti zemljine nad nivojem talne vode na obliko precejnice in količino vodnih izgub pri nasutih pregradah.In this work, we will show the basic principles of the finite element method (hereinafter FEM) and the example of solving the stationary water filtration according to the FEM with several nodal isoparametric finite elements in analyzing the water flow through earth embarkment. The main goal of the work is the definition of the effects of the effective level of saturation of the soil above the level of ground water on the shape of the upper flowline and the amount of water losses in earth embarkment
