ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Delight terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan Brand Trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 175 responden yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) yang digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Delight berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan juga diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Brand Trust memediasi hubungan antara Customer Delight dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.
