T-SPOT.TB indeterminate results

We conducted a 1:1 matched case-control, retrospective study of patients for whom a T-SPOT.TB test was performed in a tertiary hospital, Peking Union Medical College from Jan 1, 2015 to Apr 30, 2017. The date of test between cases and controls was matched. Demographic data, underlying conditions and medications within 4 weeks prior to T-SPOT.TB assays were obtained from electronic medical records and were summarized in this data set
