Evaluation of the internal environment in the firm and proposals to improvement of current situation

Bachelor thesis is focused on interface of company DOLP, s.r.o. Intern analysis is based on utilization of strategical tools and financial analysis which are outgoing from resources provided by the company (intern materials, financial statements). This thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical basis, of the chosen analytical tools, in the second part is made an analysis of the chosen company and in the last part are mentioned improvements fand suggestions for better running of the bussines based on the conducted analysis
