This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of special educationist for inclusive school. In the theoretical part, there are described concepts of integration, inclusion, common education, professional workplaces and the position of a special school educationist . For the research part of the bachelor thesis there are determined two main research objectives. The first objective describes the possibilities for further education of special educationists in the common education area. The second objective aimed to find out how special educationist perceive the common education of pupils in the education mainstream.
