The process of introducing an IEP (individual education plan) for the pupil with partial disabilities and talent at the elementary school in Dobřany.

The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of the terms- an individual educational plan, the definition of some terms from the area of the partial disorders and the problems of gifted children. The practical part includes a pupil´s case study from the primary school who is involved into the implementation of the individual educational plan. There are noticed observations which were noted down by the class teacher who worked with the pupil, Maria. Further, there is an example of Maria´s assessment, a description of achievements and an evidence of her talent. The thesis further includes a methodical description of the work, specifically the analysis of documents, records of the pupil and conversations with people who worked with her the most. The aim of the work is a description of the whole process of an individual educational plan implementation and the creation of the individual educational plan, its necessities and the time demand. This work brings an opportunity to think about the issue of non-observance of a waiting time for an examination in a pedagogical-psychological counselling.
