Kindergarten teachers' attitude to educational practice

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to map the approaches to educational work of private kindergartens´ teachers. The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part the background concepts are summarized: early childhood education, private institutions providing child care for preschool children, kindergarten´s teacher. The empirical part describes the qualitative survey with five teachers working in private kindergartens. Survey was focused on finding the characteristics that reflect teachers´ approaches to educational work. I conducted in-depth interviews with teachers. The interviews were transcribed and processed by open coding.
