Health and Social Care of Seniors in the Czech Republic.

Bachelor work called Health and social care for the seniors in the Czech Republic is about problematic of old age and ageing. Theoretical part follows up the demarcation of basic concepts which inherently relate with old age for example geraitrics, ageing population, malnutrition, urinary incontinence and more. This part forshadows specific of care about geriatric patient, advantages and disadvantages of home care about senior and describes content of social security in old age. In practical part are represented results of quantitative research. Object of this work was to find out if social and health needs are fulfill in senior houses. Due to object group was chosen quantitative research which had form of questionnaires where were overal 21 closed and opened questions. These questions are focus on satisfaction with provided nursing care, spending free time and total satisfaction with course of device. Exploratory set constitute 100 seniors whose living in the senior houses and whose were willing cooperate and are fully mobile or they need to move compensation aids. The exploratory set is not formed seniors whose are permanently bedridden
