The specific learning disabilities of students at secondary school

The bacherol thesis deals with specific learning disabilities of students at secondary schools. In the theoretical part different types of specific learning disabilities and their manifestations by secondary school students are described. The thesis deals with influence of specific learning disabilities on student´s personality and their emotional and social experience too. We explore opportunities of educating these students at secondary schools. The practical part includes qualitative research, which was carried out at a chosen secondary school. A semi-structured interviews with selected students were conducted and their parents received a questionnaire. Valuable information was obtained from the documents of counseling centers. Eight case studies of specific students are the results of this survey and they illustrate the students' difficulties while studying secondary schools
