This research was conducted to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Firm Size and Growth Opportunity to the Deviden Payout Ratio (DPR) on companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2012 to 2016. In this research there are 33 companies used as samples based on the sampling technique used is Purposive sampling. The data used are sourced from the annual financial reports on Sahamok and IDX which are downloaded from the website www.idx.co.id.
