IMPACT. 1: Our research and outreach efforts in cooperative enterprises, farm income enhancement, and business retention and expansion help to enhance society's understanding of farm income enhancement strategies for farm businesses and farmer relations with cooperatives. -- 2. Our teaching and educational programs are based on innovation in educating undergraduate students, graduate students, and managers and executives in the future of sustainable business and cooperative enterprise leadership. -- 3.
