The observation was supported by an \textit{ab initio} calculation which predicted a $\textit{X}^{2}\Delta_{5/2}$ state. Here, we report on the analysis of the optical Stark effect for the $\textit{X}^{2}\Delta_{5/2}$ and [16.0]1.5 (v=6) states.
