As this talk will hope to elucidate, the further combination of such near-IR spectroscopies with slit supersonic expansions, crossed molecular beams, and vibrationally mediated photodissociation provide a particularly general tool for probing unimolecular and bimolecular dynamics with full quantum state resolution.
