IMPACT. 1: Older adults and young children are able to build relationships, find purpose, and have fun by participating in planned and spontaneous intergenerational activities multiple times a week. -- 2. Students are exposed to training in the areas of implicit bias, self-care, intergenerational programming and relationships, working with children, and working with older adults. -- 3.
