Diseño de una máquina automatizada para siembra de árboles

Initially it was investigated and it was found that the planting of trees in the country is done manually and the specialized machinery that streamlines these processes, is found in other countries, where their importation turns out to be very expensive. According to established planting parameters, 3 design alternatives were proposed and evaluated using the Scoring method. Once one of the 3 design alternatives was selected, all the details of the machine were calculated, the materials and dimensions were selected according to the stresses on the parts, an analysis of the main axis and the structure was performed by a software that uses a method by finite elements, the plans were realized, the manuals of assembly, operation, maintenance and security of the machine were elaborated, with their respective recommendations and aspects to be taken into account. Finally, the project was evaluated financially in order to know the cost of manufacturing and research for the realization of the machine, thus determining that the project proves to be financially viable.Inicialmente se investigó y se encontró que la siembra de árboles en el país se hace manualmente y la maquinaria especializada que agiliza estos procesos, se encuentra en otros países, donde su importación resulta ser muy costosa. De acuerdo con parámetros de siembras establecidos se propusieron 3 alternativas de diseño y se valoraron mediante el método de evaluación Scoring. Una vez seleccionado una de las 3 alternativas de diseño, se procedió a calcular todos los detalles de la máquina, se seleccionaron los materiales y dimensiones de acuerdo a los esfuerzos actuantes sobre las piezas, se realizó un análisis del eje principal y la estructura por medio de un software que emplea un método por elementos finitos, se realizaron los planos, se elaboraron los manuales de montaje, operación, mantenimiento y seguridad de la máquina, con sus respectivas recomendaciones y aspectos a tener en cuenta. Por último, se evaluó financieramente el proyecto con el fin de conocer el costo de fabricación e investigación para la realización de la máquina, determinando de esta manera que el proyecto resulta ser viable financieramente
