CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LA IDENTIDAD PROFESIONAL DE EDUCADORES.

The interest of this article is to describe the current state of the professional identity of teachers in training through the analysis of the dynamics of recognition. It was made within a non-experimental, transversal, qualitative descriptive method and hermeneuticapproach design. Among the most outstanding results, is that 80% of the students still have no clarity regarding the definition of being teachers, therefore denote lack of identity as opposed to its role as a professional. Likewise, the focal group compared the decision responses to be teacher must generate a special analysis because 76% of the students who participated did not respond, which suggests that the vocation is weak and it has been motivated by aspects such as the cost of the degree or its easy access, which favors that with or without vocation people being children pedagogue or special teach.El interés de este artículo es describir el estado actual de la identidad profesional de los docentes en formación a través del análisis de las dinámicas de reconocimiento. Se realizó dentro de un diseño no experimental, transversal, de corte cualitativo con enfoque hermenéutico y método descriptivo. Dentro de los resultados más destacados, está que el 80% de los estudiantes aún no tienen claridad respecto a la definición de ser docentes, por lo tanto, denotan carencia de identidad frente a su rol como profesional. Así mismo, las respuestas del grupo focal frente a la decisión de ser maestro, debe generar un análisis especial porque el 76 % de los estudiantes que participaron no respondieron, lo cual hace pensar que la vocación es débil y ha sido motivada por aspectos como el costo de la carrera o su fácil acceso, lo que favorece que con o sin vocación, se termine siendo pedagogo infantil o educador especial
