Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retail mix terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada gerai Chatime di Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bali, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 135 orang, ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa retail mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada gerai Chatime di Bali.
