The study aims to determine the standard quality of shallow groundwater in Pematang village. Subjects in this study were shallow groundwater in Pematang village. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The indicators is the water quality is good and bad. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive with a spatial approach. The results showed that the shallow groundwater used was observed from its physical properties partly qualified because the water condition was clear, colorless, odorless, tasteless, and at normal temperature.
