Objective: to evaluate the health care of patients with type 2 CD of the LSMUL KK Family Medical Clinic in 2014 – 2016 years. Methods. The study was conducted from December 2016 to December 2017 at the LSMU KK Family Medical Clinic The study randomly selected 146 adults with type 2 CD ambulatory cards (Form No. 025 / a), data collected according to a completed questionnaire 2014 - 2016 years. Results. The study involved 146 people (65-75 years old (36.3%), the majority of whom were male (56.2%). The late complications were 69.2%, with the frequency of IHD (39.7%), diabetic nephropathy (32.2%). The most common concomitant diseases: AH (93.8%), dyslipidemia (49.3%), obesity (46.6%). Women had more likely thyroid diseases (p <0.001) and AH (p = 0.0434) than men.
