Objective: Investigate the peculiarities of osteosynthesis with intramedulary nails and locking plates of femur fractures with damaged lateral wall using 3D virtual surgery planning method. Tasks: Compare osteosynthesis with different design intramedullary nails and locking plate of patients that have 31-A3 (AO/OTA) fracture with type II and III (Cho JW et al., 2017) femoral lateral wall destruction.
