This is a sistemic review of scientific literature. The aim of this work is to determine what changes occur in the mouth by patients with removable dentures. The main changes groups are structural changes in the mouth and sorrounding tissues and oral microflora changes. Also this sistemic review compares removalbe prostheses which type is the best of patient
