In the last decade, a tendency that the numbers of high school graduate admitting to university decreased. On the other hand, state university, even more one with PT BHMN, has its liberation in recruiting new students in large quantity. It this case, the most suffered party is private university. Since the students turn to be the major income for Private University, this condition weakens the sustainability of Indonesia Private University in the long term. Observasing this phenomena, Tertiary Education Institution in Indonesia, especially Private University, has to anticipate the tendency in the diminishing of new students. A breakthrough must be taken: designing curriculum, preparing human resources, and determining alternatives sources of income.
