Pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Profesional Guru Ekonomi di Kota Singkawang

This study investigated the effect of allowances certification on pedagogical competence and professional competence of teachers in Singkawang . This study uses a quantitative approach to the form of simple linear regression and simple linear correlation. Results of the study are: (1) there is influence between independent variables allowance certification of pedagogical competence of teachers in Singkawang economy as evidenced by tcount > ttable , namely 3.443 > 2.045; (2) there is a significant influence of independent variables in the form of allowances certification of professional competence of teachers in Singkawang economy as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 2.491 > 2.045 ; (3) there is a significant relationship between the variables with the variable pedagogical professional competence of teachers in Singkawang economy as evidenced by the significant value of 0.027
