Implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Type Example Non-example to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Appearance the Earth Surface

This research based on the problem is elementary school, especially in science learning on appearance the earth surface. The teacher is only a centered of the learning process, student are not active and do not have the motivation to learn which low resulted in student learning outcomes. Based on those problems, researchers try to improve the learning process by reasearch aim to increase the students's learning outcomes and the response in the concept of appearance the earth surface by implementing the Cooperative Learning Example Non-Example model. This research was conducted in SDN Bojongemas 01 Solokan Jeruk Bandung Subdistrict with the 3th grade students as the participants, specifically the are 35 students. The research instruments used were observation sheet, evaluation sheet, questionmaries, and documentation. The research data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the data that has been analyzed, it can be conclude that the students's learning outcomes has improved. It can be seen from the improvement in the average score of the students's learning outcomes in each cycle. In cycle 1, the average score of learning outcomes 61,37, in cycle 2 is 65,21 and in cycle 3 is 74,97. Besides, the students's response to the Example Non-Example model at the time to learning science is positive response. It is proven from the questionnaire sheet. Therefore, the research recommend the use of Cooperative Learning type Example Non-Example model as one of the recommendation to improve the students's learning outcomes, especially in sciencelearning at elementary school
