This statement shows that an electrochemical synthesis is possible for bismuth-tellerium alloys developping thermoelectrics proprieties. The analytical study proves the direct electroformation of near stoichiometric bismuth telluride compounds. This result sets up an intensiostatic process, connected to the approach of an industrial proceeding. The stoichiometry is studied according to the thickness, the solution composition, the applied current density and the support electrode. A same study on the compounds growth shows that the texture is directly connected to the stoichiometry and thus to the current density. The physico-chemical, electrical and thermoelectrical caracterisations are done according to the thickness and the stoichiometry....
