The aim of this study is to understand the influence of the deposition process on the metallurgical state and the mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of the nanostructured Ni-W alloys. Two processes are performed to obtain our alloys : the electrodeposition and the magnetron sputtering. A combination of several microstructural techniques at different scales has permitted the characterization of the morphology, the grain size, the crystallographic texture, the nature of grain boundaries and the concentrations of alloying elements.
