ABSTRACT Roynaldi Dwima Satria. Internship Report at Consultant Management Group Division Swadharma Duta Data on July12th – September08th. Department of Management Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The aims of the Internship is to get experience of occupation, exercise the skill for prop up the job also to create human relationship, and get the knowledge as a preparation to face the world of work soon. Internee implement the Internship in Consultant Management Group Division at Swadharma Duta Data. The task given to Internee among arranged spin-off and accompaniment spin-off proposal for Sumut Bank Project and assist for make a proposal of restructuring of Lampung Bank. From performance in internship, internee knew what the way consultant works in Consultant Management Group Division at Swadharma Duta Data.
