The aim of this study is to determine the effect of board size, audit committee, firm size, profitability, and tax aggressiveness on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR) at listed company in SRI KEHATI Index period 2012 - 2016. Independent Variable of these study are board size, audit committee, firm size, profitability, and tax aggressiveness. While dependent variable is Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR). The data used in this study is annual report of listed company in SRI KEHATI Index Period 2012 - 2016. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling technique. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with Random Effect Model approach. The empirical result shows that board size and firm size positive significant on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR). Whrereas, audit committee, profitability, and tax aggressiveness unsignificant on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSR).
