PERBANDINGAN INDIKATOR KINERJA KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA ANTARA TAHUN 2008-2010

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of DKI Jakarta Government between 2008-2010. After that, the results will be compared every year to know if the results increased, decreased, or fluctuated. At last, the trend analysis will be used to predict the financial performance of DKI Jakarta Government in 2011. The financial indicator that is used to measure the government financial performance are autonomy ratio, effectiveness ratio, activity ratio, and contribution ratio. The results of this research will be concluded that autonomy ratio and effectiveness ratio are very good and have the positive trends. However, the government has more priority of budget allocation for employees expenses and the other hand public service expenses won’t be optimal. The DSCR ratio shows good result so the government not only depends on loan. The last ratio is contribution, also shows good result although it has fluctuate trend.
