PENGARUH ADVERSITY QUOTIENT, SELF-EFFICACY, DAN NEED FOR ACHIEVEMENT TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA: STUDI PADA MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TATA BUSANA UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA

The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the overview of adversity quotient, self-efficacy, need for achievement and entrepreneurial intentions of students at Education Fashion Design Study Program. 2) To know the influence of an adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Education Fashion Design Study Program. 3) To know the influence of a self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Education Fashion Design Study Program. 4) To know the influence of a need for achivement on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Education Fashion Design Study Program. 5) To know the influence of adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and need for achievement simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions of students at Education Fashion Design Study Program. The study was conducted on 102 students of Education Fashion Design Study Program using proportional stratified random sampling method. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 17.0. The results of the regression indicate that there is influence between adversity quotient towards entrepreneurial intentions, there is influence between self-efficacy towards entrepreneurial intentions, and there is influence between need for achievement towards entrepreneurial intentions. Adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and need for achievement simultaneously influence the entrepreneurial intention through Fcount >F (28,018>2.69) and significance value (0.000 < 0.05). This research has figured out the score of adversity quotient, self-efficacy, and need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions is 0,462 or 46,2% through the result of R2 table value while the rest is 53,8% is influenced by the other factors.
