HUBUNGAN TINGKAT STRES DENGAN KONFLIK PERAN GANDA (STUDI PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT PGI CIKINI)

ABSTRACT Naomi Amadea F. C. Sahulata, 2015: The Relationship of Stress Level and Role Conflict (Study on Nurses at PGI Cikini Hospital). Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: 1) To find nurses’ stress condition in 4 different chambers (Intensive Care Unit, Children Unit, G Unit (Obstetri Gynecologist), K Unit (Third Class), 2) To find whether there are relationship of stress level and role conflict in nurses. This research using quantitative analysis and descriptive reserach design. This research applied for 40 nurses that were already identified suffer from high stress and low stress. Sampling technique that used in this research is purposive sampling method. Data collection technique done by distributed questionnaires and processed by SPSS 16. This research shows that nurses with high-stress level tend to have high role conflict showed by correlation coefficient 0.545, while nurses with low-stress tend to have low role conflict showed by correlation coefficient 0.425.
