PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. BINA SINAR AMITY ELFRIZA MONICA PANDAIROTH

ABSTRACT Elfriza Monica Pandairoth, 2016; The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Employee’s Job Satisfaction in PT. Bina Sinar Amity. Thesis: Jakarta: Concentration of Human Resources, Study Program of S1 Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the level and overview of organizational commitment, work motivation and employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bina Sinar Amity. 2) To know the influence between organizational commitment on employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bina Sinar. 3) To know the influence between work motivation on employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bina Sinar Amity. 4)To know the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously on employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Bina Sinar Amity. The study was conducted on 89 employee who working at the division of finance, division of purchasing, division of warehouse and courier using simple random sampling method. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, whice is processed using SPSS 21.0. The result of the regression indicate the that there is influence between organizational commitment on employee’s job satisfaction and there is influence between work motivation on employee’s job satisfaction. Organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously influence employee’s job satisfaction. Key words: organizational commitment, work motivation, employee’s job satisfactio
