PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KARAKTERISTIK CEO TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN KONVENSIONAL YANG TERCATAT DI BEI PERIODE 2010-2014

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate governance and CEO characteristics on the financial performance of conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The data used in this study a financial statement data and CEO characteristic of 30 conventional banking companies. The regression model using panel data approach with Random Effect Model. Research results show that the variable board size, independent board and CEO Age had no significant effect on ROA, while institutional ownership has significant negative effect on ROA and CEO Tenure significant positive effect on ROA on Conventional Banking Companies in Indonesia.
