The purpose of this research is to get correlation between work experience with teacher’s performance. The data was collected from questionnaire instruments work experience, while the assessment of teacher performance appraisal principals form (DP3). Sampling technique is proportional random sampling. Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 531,87 + 0,16X. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors L hitung (0,1006) <L (0,1125). It mean the data are normally distributed. On the meaningful of regressions test we got the result F hitung (5,34) > F tabel tabel (4,00) which can be conclude that the regression model is means. As for the linierity test obtained F hitung (5,34) < F (4,00) indicating that the regression equation is linear. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained = 0,286. This means there is a positive relationship between work experience with teacher’s performance of public vocational high school in North Jakarta. From the correlation meaningful test calculations t hitung (2,312) > t (1,6706). Indicating a significant relationship between work experience with teacher’s performance. From the calculation results obtained 8,18% coefficient of determination so that it can be said that the work experience affect the teacher’s performance as 8,18
