HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI PADA SISWA JURUSAN AKUNTANSI SMK NEGERI 48 JAKARTA TIMUR

ABSTRACT Ayu Setia.Correlation Between Self Efficacy With Adjustment of Students in Department of Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 48 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta : Concentration in Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2013. The purpose of this research is to get valid and reliable data about corelation between self efficacy with adjustment. The data was collected from the survey method of 63 student of Department Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 48 Jakarta consist of 2012/2013 class of Accounting 1 and 2. The a sampling using proportional random sampling technique. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to a sample that has been determined. Score of self efficacy and adjustment was obtained by questionnaires development with Likert scale. Research samples was taken as 51 students. Regression equation in this research is Y= 65,09+0,48x. From this equation test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error estimate the regression of Y on X obtained by Liliefors Lhitung Ftabel (4,04) which can be conclude that the regression model is means. As for the linierity test obtained Fhitung (1,66) < Ftabel (2,07) indicating that the regression equation is linear. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained = 0,54. This means there is a positive relationship between self efficacy with adjustment of students in Department of Accounting of State Vocational Secondary School 48 Jakarta. From the correlation meaningful test calculations thitung (4,5) > ttabel (1,68). Indicating a significant relationship between self efficacy with adjustment. From the calculation results obtained 29% coefficient of determination so that it can be said that the self efficacy has contribution on adjustment as 29%. Keywords : Self Efficacy, Adjustmen
