This research conducted to describe the relationship between family harmonious with academic achievement at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. This research uses the quantitative research with an ex post facto data and a correlation approach. The data of academic achievement derived from the average score on first semester, while proportional random sampling is research techniques. The attainable populations are the students of SMKN 16 Jakarta, class XI Competence Program of Accounting, school year of 2012-2013, consist of two classes with 75 ctudents in total. Based on Isaac and Michael table, sample used in this research are 62 students, with 31 students of each class. Regression equations result is Ŷ = 79,19 + 0,04X. By virtue of that equation, normality test by using liliefors test results, Lo < Lt (0,008 < 0,113). It shows that the data had been normally distributed. For linearity regression test, the result is Fh < Ft (1,62 < 1,88), so, it indicated that the data had been linear. While for the regression significant test, the result is Fh > Ft (5,40 > 4,00). It indicated that the data had been significant. The result of correlation coefficient test of product moment by Pearson is r = 2,269, which it means there is a positive correlation between family harmonious with academic achievement. The calculation of t-test showed that t iv account > t xy table , 2,269< 1,62. It shows there is a significance correlation between family harmonious with academic achievement at SMKN 16 Jakarta. The calculation of determination coefficient test results 7,90%, so that the academic achievement effected by the family harmonious at the rate of 7,90%. Can be concluded this study shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between family harmonious and academic achievement at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Family harmonious is one of the factors affecting academic achievement deserves to be so hopefully students can earn a maximum of academic achievement. For researchers are expected to develop this research further by using more samples or by adding another variable that becomes one of the factors that influence academic achievement.
