The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Structure to the Firm Value on Indeks Kompas 100 on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012 2015. This study use Capital Structure is proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While Managerial Ownership as moderating variabel using (MOWN) and Firm Value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data used in this study is annual report of firm on Indeks Kompas 100 on Indonesia Stock Exchange that published during 2012 2015. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling technique which the sample is selected based on criteria that are specific to a particular purpose and with consideration to get a representative sample. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with Random Effect Model approach. The empirical result shows that capital structure significantly influences to Firm Value and Managerial Ownership can moderate the relationship between capital structure with firm value. While control variable of this study is Firm Size and Firm Age unsignificantly influences to Firm Value. Keyword: Capital Structure, Firm Value, Managerial Ownership, Firm Size, Firm Age
