Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2017 This research is to discover the effect of managerial ownership, profitability, company size and gender on director compensation in food and beverages companies. Total 13 companies are involved as samples in this research with t-test analysis and Chow Test continued with Hausman Test representing the partial effect of the independent variables to the dependent variable. Managerial Ownership and Company Size negatively affect Director Compensation while Profitability and Gender affect the Director Compensation positively.
