State University of Jakarta. This paper has a purpose to know about problems that occur in the management of archives in Admin & IT division at PT GemalaKempaDaya. Research method that used is descriptive analysis with searching observation and data through library. From writing of the result can be seen that the application needed to implement records management prosedurs for recording and filling lending procedurs and equipment, tools that support the implementation of records management in order to achive good in aggordance with existing guidelines.
