This research purpose is to find out the influence of self efficacy and learning outcome of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial motivation in Class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with correlational approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 69 students with a sample of 58 students of XI accounting class in SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between self efficacy toward entrepreneurial motivation. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 3,822 t greater than 2,004. Meanwhile, the partial use of learning outcome of entrepreneurship are affected by entrepreneurial motivation, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t table iv count 4,733 t greater than 2,004. Simultaneously there is influence of self efficacy and learning outcome of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial motivation. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F count table value of 16,316 is greater than the value of 3.16 F . There was a significant positive influence of self efficacy and learning outcome of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial motivation of students on the subjects of accounting introduction with R for 0,610 and determination coefisien for (R) was 37,2%
