PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PADA SMA NEGERI 54 JAKARTA TIMUR

ABSTRAK MOHAMMAD HAEGKAL. Influence of Family Environment and Motivation Study on Student Achievement at SMAN 54 East Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine the influence of family environment and students' motivation to student achievement in SMAN 54 East Jakarta. Education is a useful necessity for human life, both in social life and in the world of work. This makes the quality of education becomes important to note. Factor expected to affect the learning achievement related to the quality of education the family environment and the motivation to learn. This research was conducted in SMAN 54 Jakarta Timur in order to determine whether there is any direct or indirect influence of family environment and learning motivation on student achievement. Data collection is done by ex post facto method and sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling is a sampling technique by observing the proportion in the sample area. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis (path analysis). The results indicate that there is a direct effect of significant and positive between family environment and motivation towards learning achievement in SMAN 54 East Jakarta with a direct contribution, respectively for 0.873 and 0.703. Family environment was also memeiliki direct influence significant and positive impact on motivation to learn in SMAN 54 Jakarta with a contribution of 0.674. Therefore, to improve learning achievement in SMAN 54 East Jakarta is expected that students have an understanding of the motivation to learn and a good relationship with his family, parents must support the carrying out functions - family function properly, as well as teachers should actively participate in helping provide information related learning, in particular giving their students' learning motivation.
