This study aims to determine whether there is influence between members' knowledge regarding cooperatives and the cooperative benefit to the participation of members of the Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Mina Utama Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Gambir, Central Jakarta. Determination of the sample using the formula Slovin with proportional random sampling technique. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Collecting data using questionnaires and formative tests. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression equation. The results showed that: (a) there is a partial effect between the knowledge of members with the participation of members, (b) there is a partial effect between the benefits of co-operative with the participation of members, and (c) there are significant simultaneously (synchronously) between the knowledge of members of cooperatives and the benefits of cooperatives to the participation of members of the cooperative.
