PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PENGANTAR AKUNTANSI SISWA KELAS XI SMKN 44 JAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

This research purpose is to find out the influence of school environment and study motivation to study achievement of students, XI in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, observation and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 191 students with a sample of 128 students of XI in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between school environment to study achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 4,733 t greater than 1,979. Meanwhile, the partial use of study motivation to study achievement, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 3,813 t table greater than 1,979. Simultaneously there is influence of school environment and study motivation to study achievement. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F table value of 31,989 is greater than the value of 3.100 F table count . There was a significant positive influence of school environment and study motivation to study achievement of XI students with R for 0,582 and determination coefisien for (R) 2 was 33,9
