This study aims to get information and therightknowledge,valid, reliable, and can be justified on the effect of profitability, investment and free cash flow todividends cashat a manufacturing company in 2016, either simultaneously or partial. The hypothesis of this study is there is influence between the profitability of the manufacturing company cash dividends in 2016. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical analysis.analysis tool Dataused in this research is multiple regression. Thetechnique samplingusing random sampling as many as 40 companies. This study uses the net profit margin as a measure of profitability component. Investment opportunities are measured by net fixed assets and free cash flow measured by operating cash flows. The results showed that Profiabilitas, Free Cash Flow, Investment Opportunity effect on cash dividends. The results of the partial profitability and significant positive effect on cash dividends. Meanwhile, free cash flow does not significantly affectthe cash dividend and investment opportunities notaffect significantly the cash dividend. Capabilities include profitability,flow free cashand investment opportunities by 19%
